Our Chef

The truth is, cooking wasn’t something I ever had in mind—I had no connection to it at first. It came into my life on its own, chose me, and little by little, I realized it was what I truly love. Over the years, it became my way of expression, creation, and joy. 

I grew up in Peristeri, a village in the region of Ilia, nestled among the mountains. And yet, even though the sea was far away, fish became my greatest love in the kitchen. Because fish, like the sea, carries purity, freedom, and something deeply genuine.

That’s what I want to share with the world through my cooking.
